HOW TO USE
Hold the mala in your right hand. Start from the bead next to the Sumeru bead. Roll each bead between your thumb and middle finger with each repetition of your mantra. When you reach the Sumeru bead, do not cross it — turn the mala around and continue. One full round = 108 mantras.
