Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During festivals, special promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during such times.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to most locations across India. Delivery availability depends on the serviceability of your PIN code through our logistics partners.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery timelines and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, Divya Sutra may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders. Any such offers will be clearly mentioned on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) containing your tracking details.
You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress through the courier partner's tracking system.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons such as:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Recipient unavailable
- Incorrect contact information
- Refusal to accept the package
the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Address Changes
If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact our customer support as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please:

- Take clear photographs of the package.

Incorrect or Missing Items
