As our products are carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch, all sales are considered final. We do not accept general returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the order meets the eligibility criteria outlined below.

Refund & Replacement Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a wrong product that is different from the item you ordered.
  • The product was damaged, broken, or defective when it arrived.

No other situations qualify for a refund or replacement unless required by applicable law.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To submit a claim, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please email our customer support with the following information:

  • Your Order Number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video showing:
    • The sealed package before opening
    • The entire unboxing process
    • The damaged, defective, or incorrect product
  • Proof of delivery or the courier receipt showing the delivery date (if available)

Important Requirements

To ensure a fair review of every claim:

  • The unboxing video must begin before the package is opened.
  • The entire opening process must be recorded in one continuous, unedited video.
  • Videos showing only an already-opened package or product will not be accepted as valid evidence.
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery cannot be processed.

These requirements help us verify shipping-related issues accurately and protect both our customers and our business.

Situations Not Covered

Refunds, returns, or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after placing the order.
  • You ordered the wrong product.
  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided.
  • The product has been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or is missing its original packaging (except where opening the package is necessary to demonstrate the issue in the required unboxing video).
  • The claim is submitted more than 48 hours after delivery.
  • The claim is not supported by the required unboxing video or sufficient evidence.
  • Delivery delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.

Claim Review Process

Once we receive your request, our support team will carefully review the information provided.

If your claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Send a replacement for the affected product, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

The chosen resolution will depend on product availability, the nature of the issue, and the outcome of our verification process.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that the time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
